On diversity, I think it's very hard to tell who a lot of people are on here. including their ethnicity, so I suspect it's a red herring. I couldn't see from your pic that you're Asian.

I suspect a lot of people saying they get low reads just need to engage more and put the work in because we all start off like that. It takes years of daily publishing and responding to every comment to start to build a profile. In my experience, anyway. Unless they're lucky or a genius. Haha. 🙂
