I don't think it's impossible at all. I've seen another example with the Getty strap on a pic of Trump behind bars. The AI doesn't know to delete the strap, because it doesn't have a brain, so it just uses the crowd photo (or Trump photo) when someone says they want a crowd (or Trump). I don't know what search terms were used, but it obviously does depend on the prompts. I'd love to think the AI was intelligent enough to not infringe copyright, but at the moment, I'm not convinced.
