I don't think I've ever asked anyone where they're from. I assume they're local if they're at a place of work. There was a lady from the Philippines who I worked with once, and I only know that because she talked about it. No one asked.

But as for the rest of the microaggressions, people talk over me all the time, my husband is a champion of not listening, and everyone who's autistic has difficulty making eye contact.

Anyone who has an issue with people who don't make eye contact, clearly has their own prejudices that perhaps aren't all that great.

In fact, people who come up with some of this stuff are among the most prejudiced people I've ever encountered. Weird world.
