I don't mind it, I don't think they're all fleeing. Plenty flee before 30 seconds sadly. But I'd like to see the read ratio aspect taken out of earnings in the sense that anything less than 100% means you earn less. It's not fair on the writer because people rush off for all sorts of reasons.
