I don't know what the answer is, but it seems to me that you might be suited to self-employment, where you could manage your own standing, sitting, and whatever else position you want to take. I'm a freelance writer. Yes, I do sit a lot, but I don't have to. well, Ok, I do need to sit and type a lot, but if push came to shove, I could move my laptop into the kitchen and do it standing up, and then sit when I needed to. And for that matter, I could do it on a desk-treadmill, if it suited me (subject to getting one, obviously). I don't know what best suits you, but I wonder if there's a way that home-working would suit you. Being freelance is hard. The dedication to built a business from nothing is huge. But I notice here in the UK, that lot of new positions coming up are remote now, because of the pandemic. So I wonder if you could find something, where you could sit in bed and still do the job, if that's what suited you in that moment. Just a thought anyway. I wouldn't recommend doing nothing, as frankly, that's boring as hell and might make you depressed. But if you can find something that works for you - like I have - then it could change your life. Good luck.

And ignore me, if any of this comes across as inappropriate or stupid. I'm trying to be helpful. :-)
