I don't get the code either. I eventually got it sent to my husband's phone, thinking it was my phone that was the problem. The code went to his phone and once you're in, you can get a one time back up code, but it's a bit erratic (whether it works, I mean). His phone remains my only way to access Stripe. Having said that, while Stripe customer services are utter shit, who only send out standard responses that don't answer your questions, their twitter people actually speak English and actually answer the question, so you may have more luck pursuing that line of enquiry.
