I did wonder if this was the case. The Medium stories help make writing here worthwhile financially because other stories don't earn very much. I have noticed that I'm on a lower rate than others, even now, and perhaps this is because my stories are tending to be Medium meta since the fallout. Although saying that, my one story that has earned zero is about horse therapy and is a boostable story that didn't get traction. Just goes to show that you still get more for Medium than other topics. But I can see that this isn't going to be worthwhile.
