I did get payment for the first piece out of her, which is why I proceeded with the second, and third. I kick myself for not invoicing for the second right away, because she was happy in that moment, and willing to pay, but I said I'd invoice after I'd completed the third piece. That's when she went away and changed her mind. I console myself with the fact that I got paid for one piece.
