I believe you are correct. I did feel a bit bad about that. I only wanted them to review their policy and be less dependent on software, but there you go. I just told it like it was. I didn't actually expect any response really - I mean, when I tried to communicate in private it fell on deaf ears. The response has been quite surprising and my following has doubled!
