I answered all those questions in an earlier piece, which was published for Halloween earned a grand total of $2.52.

I was disappointed that this personal account hadn't done better, so thought telling the story with Benjamin Franklin in the centre might do better. It did worse. :)

I did try. Globetrotters is a boost publication. I don't think they read it.

To be fair, they have a lot of submissions, and it didn't occur to me that smaller pubs might be a better bet at that stage because in a smaller publication, the booster stands more chance of noticing an individual story.

I've written loads of personal stuff and most of the time, it flops.
