In terms of time management, I am creating lists to try and engage with people at least once a week. Different people, so I can do it daily, but not everyone daily. Might work for you, I don't know.

In terms of abusing readers. No, we’re not. People should selectively choose what they want to read. If they’re being daft and reading things they don’t want to read on the off-chance of a 1 cent reciprocal read, they seriously need to review that. LOL
