I also have a problem with fungal toenails. Neem oil has been my traditional method of getting rid of it, but a PR company offered me some free stuff of theirs if I wrote about it. So I tried it and wrote about it! It works too. Less messy and nicer smell than neem oil - but it does come back if I stop using either of them for any length of time, so it's an ongoing battle.
