I almost missed this comment Alan. I do aplogise. That's fantastic that you got a story reach almost $1000! Be glad it took off. I've had a few make decent money, but none of those were boosted. Any that got boosted made modest returns. If you get a few that go viral on their own merit, and a handful of boosts that would probably have otherwise flopped, you should be pleased. I reckon anyway. :)
