He has a call with the musculoskeletal team soon, to try and get his foot operation scheduled. That will help because at the moment, it's hurting which I think is the problem - he's worked out what's happened and says his stride has reduced because it hurts to bend his toe. Once he's had that done, he should be able to be a lot more active.
