Haha! Yay! This is the attitude we are taking towards the house sale, which is looking like we might end up selling for a rock bottom price to a 'we buy any house' company. Because apparently everyone wants a garden and it doesn't have a garden. We keep dropping the price, but viewings are few and far between. We are seriously approaching 'we buy any house' territory in terms of the price!

On the upside, there's no capital gains tax to pay if we don't make a profit.

And for Medium, it's going to be the same next year. We semi-retire. Income is going to fall anyway. Medium is virtually zilch. No tax to pay. Bargain. 😁
