Haha! I suspected it was Amazon. I've published some stories from my writing books on here, because frankly, Amazon aren't selling my books, so I might as well monetise the chapters elsewhere. But don't tell Amazon! So far they don't appear to have noticed, but the books have been up for years, so perhaps that's where my situation is different to yours.
