Great letter! I have virtually given up on the entity bar arguments, instead finding my favourite writers among my 'for you' recommendations, on the blog roll (side of your profile - first five most recently published), and in my comments. But they did send an email recently stressing again, that they are listening, and inviting us to reply with our feedback, so I may have another go. Sorry you're finding it so frustrating. ;-(
