Great example, I probably would put a comma after foremost, but I haven't seen the whole sentence and expect it reads fine without it.

Today I have learnt that the thing I stick in the middle of a sentence is called a nonessential clause. But I will probably have forgotten by morning.

I generally prefer not to have the *suggestions* interfering with my copy.
