Good discussion. I had the task of writing about this for a magazine once and I got tied up in knots! Anyway, I would just say, if the image is from an Etsy creator, you should have their permission before you use it. Otherwise, you might prefer to replace with something from Unsplash. Entirely your call of course, but I like to avoid copyright infringement and the fallouts that can bring. So I try to warn people about it.
