Excellent piece. I do think it's time for some of these things to be back in public ownership. I thought they were still paying out dividends to shareholders, but how can they when they have billions of debt. Saying that, it is ringing bells, that I'd heard rumours of bankruptcy. I just hadn't realised the level of debt and financial ruin. We are under Thames Water, so what happens will affect us.
