Excellent. I found things better after that experience, but put it down to not offering them anything long, or anything that wasn’t written in active voice. After that experience, I’d always check things in PWA first, and if it wanted lots of changes, I’d offer it to a different publication instead. I’m glad your experience has been a good one. :-)
