Don't take images from Google. That's the worst thing you can do and the fastest way to end up with a legal demand.

If you can't create your own imagery, use creative commons images and make sure you comply with the licences. Unsplash is built into Medium and easy peasy, with a very relaxed licence compared to many other sites.
