Doesn't that give you RSI or is there a bullk approach. I'm only on around 300, but do wonder if I should follow more to grow. But you know.... I can't read more than about 100 on any meaningful level of regularity, so it feels a bit odd to follow thousands. And isn't your feed a mess? LOL
