Covid gave us an excuse not to and we're still using it. There was an obligation. Now it's changed. I feel this is generally good, as I used to dread Christmas. The family would always drag up the past, criticise me and make me feel awful. I don't have a therapist, so it took me most of the year to get over it.

Not sorry to not do it this year. Or last year. Or the year before that.
