But your team are not even nominators, so if you prefer to consider drafts why are they publishing stuff that I've asked for you to consider?

I think I'll give up and try another approach. I don't like to think that once something is published, it's off the table for nomination.

Saying that, I'm not sure whether there's a better system in any other publications. I don't think the memoir ones read what I send in at all.
