Bugger. This might explain why after The Ascent asked me to extend an article and resubmit, I find I can't resubmit, as I am not longer listed as a writer for the publication.

I thought I'd spent too long thinking about it and been kicked out! I've spent the past week wondering whether I'll be let back in, to re-submit the extended article. :-)

At least it's reassuring to know it's not just me. I guess we've all been ousted. What a shame.
