Both types of work have merit and there's no harm in switching. You may decide you want to switch back one day. I get the loneliness. I've done it for 13 years and counting. It helped when the guinea pigs moved inside. It helped more when my husband started also working from home. I don't quit after 20 hours though. I mean, you could keep working, if you wanted. Anyway, I do. But I suspect you were earning more in 20 hours than I get working 40 or more. Anyway, what an opportunity to join Medium! Wow! :)
