Bette Ludwig nailed it, I think, with recognising that anything that looks like systematic engagement could be a red flag. Be random. Don't hit the 100 limit every day. Read outside of your support group, etc. I think most of us are pretty safe if we're not engaging in systematic behaviour. That probably goes for editors too, but I'm not 100% sure.
