Based on my research they don't, but it probably depends. My reads are worth more than most FoM, probably because I read less. I try my best, but just don't have the free time that some people have. When I do the maths and look at the value of FoM reads compared to what my reads are worth, mine have been higher in every example I've ever seen. But obviously, the sample is very limited, as I don't have all the data.

Could it be more if I was a FoM? Maybe. But I still can't read more, so I feel my contribution is adequate, and I struggle with spending money, so it's not a no brainer to me. This is my only subscription ever. That's a demonstration of my commitment to Medium. I never take out subscriptions for anything. I resisted, but Medium broke me. 😂
