Arguing with their agents doesn't seem to be very productive. They send replies that make no sense. For some reason, I come away with the impression that they're in China and have virtually no understanding of English. They seem to send out standard responses that don't answer the question. It's a total joke. I'd have thought my first explanation of this two-tier problem would be sufficient for them to resolve it, but they told me twice that my funds had been released. They hadn't. Then they told me they wouldn't be released. Then they told me to read a lot of crap about setting up stripe for my 'business' which bore no resemblance to anything. Total joke. The twitter crew seem to understand English and speak in sentences that make sense and are relevant to the conversation. They said I need to get my photo ID sorted. End of.
