AI is already used as part of the diagnostics in our surgeries in the UK. The doctors put in your symptoms and see what it suggests. There's also an online app for booking appointments where we have to go through a long Q&A, driven by AI. I think it can work well, but the long Q&A is stupid on that particular application.
