A lot of the get rich quick articles on Medium do remarkably well but offer no substance. In my opinion, it's the old fashioned unpopular advice that works for longer term wealth - e.g. work, save, avoid debt, and invest in traditional ways for long term growth.

These get rich quick things only serve to get the person writing them a windfall from their articles.
